They are great. They were very friendly. When I called they understood just what I needed. When I got there I was greeted and helped right away. They showed me the wheel chair we had discussed. They showed me how all of the features worked. They made the purchase easy and help me get it in the car. Thank you both so much.

I contacted You Can Home Medical Supplies because I need a different mask for my CPAP. I don't remember who I interacted with, but they were very helpful. They pulled the mask and had it waiting for me for pickup. Great to know it's close by should I need any more supplies.

In store staff is great in explaining the process of setting up a new Cpap! However, the front desk female needs MORE FRONT help or the guy in the back sitting at the desk needs to pick up on the multiple phone calls that came in or get up and help the other 2 customers that were in the store during the 1/2 hour she was trying to assist me.

This company was extremely helpful with getting me a scooter after I broke my ankle in 2 places. I wasn’t able to get to them myself because I have 2 flights of stairs to go down. So my son was able to get it for me. They called me to ask my height so it was pre adjusted for me when he brought it home. They also gave me the scooter for 3 months and explained that if I need it longer just have my Dr put in a new script and they’ll extend it for another 3 months. My experience with them was Very professional and not complicated.
