I contacted You Can Home Medical Supplies because I need a different mask for my CPAP. I don't remember who I interacted with, but they were very helpful. They pulled the mask and had it waiting for me for pickup. Great to know it's close by should I need any more supplies.

In store staff is great in explaining the process of setting up a new Cpap! However, the front desk female needs MORE FRONT help or the guy in the back sitting at the desk needs to pick up on the multiple phone calls that came in or get up and help the other 2 customers that were in the store during the 1/2 hour she was trying to assist me.

The customer service is awesome! Found everything I was looking for and then some. They were even able to find an item and have it transferred into the store for me. Highly recommend going to them first!

This company was extremely helpful with getting me a scooter after I broke my ankle in 2 places. I wasn’t able to get to them myself because I have 2 flights of stairs to go down. So my son was able to get it for me. They called me to ask my height so it was pre adjusted for me when he brought it home. They also gave me the scooter for 3 months and explained that if I need it longer just have my Dr put in a new script and they’ll extend it for another 3 months. My experience with them was Very professional and not complicated.
