Building on more than 20 years of community trust, he expanded the organization through the acquisition of You Can Toucan Medical and Independently Yours, strengthening operations across all locations. Jay is deeply committed to elevating the patient experience, introducing modern technologies, enhanced phone and SMS systems, and launching the company’s CPAP resupply program. His leadership is rooted in creating better solutions, better service, and a better overall experience for every patient and family we support.
