They answered the phone on the second Ring in person, which was great no Robo answer. I told them what I needed which was a part they didn’t carry. They looked it up very quickly found it and said they could order it. I gave them OK and They placed the order I paid and they told me it would be about a week to 10 days thank me for calling and I was impressed

We needed a wheelchair quickly as my husband was being discharged after a stroke. He has Alzheimer’s and is blind., as well. Tayau could sense my anxiety as it all became real. She was so kind, compassionate, and sweet to me, plus she showed me options for our situation and helped me pick the chair we needed. She made a bad day better.
