The team acts very professional. I very much enjoyed the conversations that I had and the help with the machine that I received. Had no hesitation at any time to talk to you if you’re have an issues.

Preparing for knee surgery I had several items I needed to be set for post-surgical recovery at home. I had a couple of specific concepts that they were able to fulfill with equipment and I needed some items that they showed me several variations so I could choose the one I was most comfortable with. Also gave advice on some wearables I needed. Very impressed with both their knowledge and their quick ordering of an item for which I needed two when they only had one in stock. I thought their prices were quite reasonable. They also rent some equipment if you don't want to purchase.

The staff there was very responsive and easy to work with. The orientation I received on the use and care of my APAP machine was thorough.

Such outstanding service! When Grandma's home-care bed failed, Mike and Tayah helped me diagnose the problem and found a way to get me the part I needed. Same day service on a Saturday! And her bed was repaired and ready by bedtime. These folks really care! I cannot thank them enough for the amazing compassion they have shown. Way to go, Parker You Can!

I recently discovered this great place on Google as I was searching to rent a wheelchair ramp. I didn't realize how close this store was from home. I LOVE this store, but what truly sold me was the kind and warm welcome from Tayah during my initial call. She is truly amazing and patient!!! She answered all of my questions, suggested great options to choose from, allowed me a lot of time to think before buying, provided me with some helpful information about health and safety concerns to take home that really saved me from researching on my own, and followed up after my first round of purchase to make sure I have everything I need. Such a beautiful heart. I definitely returned for my 2nd visit within a week, and was again kindly greeted but this time was from Mike who was amazing and patient as well. He kindly answered all of my my questions about wheelchair ramp rental, and explained thoroughly about the safety and proper guidance of renting the correct one which I ended up doing. All the while during both shopping experiences, while they helped me...they were very kind, patient and extremely helpful to other customers who shopped around. I can't tell you enough that this is the perfect one-stop store you'll ever need! Tayah and Mike are truly amazing, and I am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you both! 🤗
