Do I need the heated tubing or can I use standard?

Heated tubing helps reduce condensation (rainout) and keeps air comfortably warm, but you can also use standard tubing if preferred.

How often should I replace the water chamber?

To maintain hygiene and performance, the water chamber should typically be replaced every 612 months, or sooner if you notice discoloration, buildup, or leaks.

Preparing for knee surgery I had several items I needed to be set for post-surgical recovery at home. I had a couple of specific concepts that they were able to fulfill with equipment and I needed some items that they showed me several variations so I could choose the one I was most comfortable with. Also gave advice on some wearables I needed. Very impressed with both their knowledge and their quick ordering of an item for which I needed two when they only had one in stock. I thought their prices were quite reasonable. They also rent some equipment if you don't want to purchase.

Such outstanding service! When Grandma's home-care bed failed, Mike and Tayah helped me diagnose the problem and found a way to get me the part I needed. Same day service on a Saturday!
