Fill: Fill the clear CryoCube bucket with ice to the indicated line, then add cold water to the fill level.

Seal: Secure the lid tightly to ensure a proper seal.

Connect: Attach the therapy pad to the extension tubing. You should hear a “click” to confirm the connection is secure.

Power: Plug the power adapter into the unit and then into a standard wall outlet.

Flow Rate: Choose from 5 different flow levels to control the intensity of the cold.

Treatment Time: Set your session for up to 90 minutes.

Temperature Monitoring: The display provides real-time monitoring of the water temperature (typically between 41°F and 68°F) to ensure you stay in the therapeutic zone.

Always use a barrier: Never apply the therapy pad directly to bare skin. Always use a Medline-approved barrier or a thin towel between the pad and your body.

Skin Checks: Check the skin under the pad at least once per hour. Discontinue use immediately if you notice extreme redness, blistering, or numbness.

Keep it Dry: Do not operate the unit with wet hands or near standing water.

After use: Drain the bucket and rinse it thoroughly. Wipe down the unit and tubing with a damp, soapy cloth.

Drain the Pad: Ensure the therapy pad and tubing are fully drained before storage to prevent mold or mineral buildup.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The CryoCube’s small footprint and ergonomic handle make it easy to tuck away when not in use.
