Michael was great in helping. We liked that he explained some things about future availability of the items. We didn’t understand though why a medical supply company would stop offering braces and wound care items. You might want to rethink that?!

Their CPAP service is the simplest and quickest I’ve had in 20+ years of needing supplies. No bureaucracy and paperwork in the manufacturer warehouses, no looong holds and voice mail trees ordering online, and no perpetual calls or emails telling us it’s time to order more. They just don’t stop once they get you. Your assistance involved one 5 minute phone call and a five minute visit the next day! Thank you!
