Needed to rent an oxygen machine to deal with the Estes Park altitude. Picked it up on the way up and will drop it off on our way back to DIA- it’s pretty much on the way. Professional service. Good prices and an overall great rental experience.

I called ahead to see if they had the supplies I needed in stock. Once I arrived I explained what I needed and asked if they had any recommendations for my needs. The recommended a different option and it has worked better than my previous choice. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ll be back for more supplies when I need them.

I had an excellent experience at You Can Home Medical Supplies. I stopped in to pick up a nebulizer machine for a client, and from the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful the staff were. Although they were assisting another customer when I arrived, they immediately greeted me, let me know they would be with me shortly, and offered to direct me to the appropriate area of the store, all without disrupting the attentive service they were already providing. Before completing my purchase, the staff opened the nebulizer box and carefully checked that the machine and all necessary supplies were included. As an RN, I have very high standards when it comes to professionalism, attention to detail, and client care, and their team exceeded those standards. The store was clean, neat, and well organized. As I looked around, I was also impressed by the wide variety of products available, including bathing supplies, wound care products, respiratory equipment, and assistive devices. I highly recommend You Can Home Medical Supplies to anyone in need of supportive care supplies or medical equipment. Their professionalism, customer service, and thoughtful attention to their customers truly deserve five stars.
