How long can I rent equipment for?

Rental periods vary by product. Most items are available for daily, weekly, or monthly rentals, giving you flexibility to fit your needs.

Can my rental be delivered?

Yes. Delivery and setup are available for a flat-rate delivery fee, based on location.

Does insurance cover rentals?

In some cases, yes. Coverage depends on your insurance plan and the type of equipment. For assistance, call our billing team at 303-301-9898.

Do I need a prescription to rent?

Some equipment requires a prescription. For example, oxygen, CPAP machines, and ice machines must have a valid prescription before rental.

What’s included with my rental?

CPAP machines do not include masks or tubing. Patient lifts require a separate sling purchase. For questions, call us or visit any of our 3 store locations.

Can I buy the equipment after renting it?

Many rentals are available for purchase. Ask about purchase options for your specific product at the time of rental.
