I didn’t know amazing customer service like this still existed. We’ve all grown so accustomed to the no, can’t, sorry, general apathetic service these days that we just assume how an interaction will go. Not here! I had a problem with another equipment provider and Ernesto and Tayah went WAY above and beyond to help me. They didn’t have to, they chose to. Ernesto hung with me while I asked lots of questions, patiently listened to everything I needed, and was very knowledgeable on the CPAPs I was looking at. Tayah even reached out to me after hours (!) to give me status updates on my situation and made some really helpful product suggestions for some upcoming needs. I will forever be grateful, and they immediately won my respect and customer loyalty. Thank you both so much!

Store is clean, bright and not too full. Staff helped me to pick a pair of compression socks. After I got home I unfortunately found they were too tight on my big wide feet. They allowed me to return them for full credit without hassle. I’ll come back in the future if I need something else.
