This store is wonderful! I went in to get a new cpap machine. Rudy helped me understand all the specifics of the machine. His expertise went above and beyond as a sales professional. The entire staff was super nice and helpful. They have everything you could ever need to make life more comfortable at home. Thank you Rudy! I've been sleeping great with my new cpap! I'll definitely be back for my next purchase!

Tayah was very responsive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond any expectations I had to make sure I was completely taken care. This has been my experience with everyone at YouCan for the past 5 years of working with this company. I believe they are the best in the business hands down!

During the 5 years I was the main home support person for my wife with PD, Home Medical Supplies, 95th and So Boulder Road in Louisville was an important source of equipment for her care. From the canes, lift chair, wheelchair and daily supply needs the sales staff were always helpful with information, training, when needed, and ideas for increased patient comfort. They really understood the issues I was experiencing and provided support and encouragement for my efforts.

Pleasant, courteous and professional company. Suggestion: I would have liked a detailed hard copy or emailed photograph of the various attachments to the oxygen machine. It makes easier explaining to another who not familiar with this equipment. Thank you.
