We needed our item in a hurry and didn’t want to go the major online retailer with fast shipping route so I was thrilled that You Can had this item for us. I ordered it while doom scrolling in the middle of the night and by 830 am I had gotten a text from Brynley to assist me with my order. Online payment was easy and pick up was also easy. The store mgr (I forgot his name) sat with me and demoed how to use the equipment and made sure my questions were answered before I left.

I obtained my cpap through You Can Home Medical earlier this week. I went to the Louisville location and met with Chris. I'm honestly very impressed on how nice and knowledgeable he is with the equipment and supplies they offer. My provider sent my information to the company and I was called within a day or two to set my appointment. I'm extremely happy with the service and equipment I received.
