How to Use Ice Therapy Machine:

  1. Fill bottom of ice machine with ice cubes or tiny frozen water bottles
  2. Fill with water up to max fill line.
  3. Close lid and ensure tight seal.
  4. Place ice machine pad over desired body part, not directly on the wound or skin (put cloth between pad and skin) and secure pad in place with straps.
  5. Plug in power supply to wall and turn power switch on.
  6. Let ice therapy machine run desired time.
  7. Add new ice as needed to keep water circulating cold.
